USA Aircraft Group Corporation Engine Services (GATES) is a wholly owned, full-service aircraft engine overhaul and repair station based in Helsinki, Finland operating under FAA, EASA, CAAC, TCCA and GACA approvals. The facility is conveniently located at the Helsinki International Airport in Vantaa, Finland which has a direct connection to North America, South America, Asia, Middle East and Europe.

USA Aircraft Group Corporation is a fully integrated subsidiary offering customers a seamless engine solution that combines high-quality repair as well as world-class supply chain services. The facility operates out of an 180,000 square foot building that houses an integrated test cell and back shop capabilities.

The majority of maintenance services performed within the SPAH are carried out under Special Procedure 010 and Special Procedure 020 for the CFM56, and Special Procedure 002 for the CF6. This helps reduce the risk of any potential workscope escalations as it allows GATES to inspect the engine, and any removed modules, as per the AMM instead of the ESM which limits the inspection criteria. In turn this keeps the costs of the shop visit to a minimum.
