Work after the flight of the plane-USA Aircraft Group Corporation

Date: 2026/2/26

The work after the flight of the aircraft (commonly known as the station crossing or after the flight) is a rigorous and meticulous system project, mainly focusing on the departure of passengers, aircraft maintenance and preparation for the next flight. The core workflow is as follows:

1. Passenger disembarkation and cabin cleaning

After the plane is taxied into place and the engine is turned off, the ground staff will first pick up the elevator or the bridge.

· Unloading luggage: The handling team gives priority to unloading transit luggage and high-priority cargo.

· Cabin cleaning: cleaning staff board the plane to carry out hygiene cleaning, seat arrangement, supplementary cleaning bags and bathroom supplies, etc. If it is a short stop over the station, the cleaning time will be very tight.

2. Post-air maintenance and inspection

This is the core link to ensure flight safety, and the aircraft maintenance personnel are responsible for it.

· Winding inspection: Visual inspection of the fuselage, engine, landing gear, wings and other exteriors to find out whether there is damage, oil leakage or bird strike marks.

· Cockpit inspection: Download flight data (QAR data) and communicate with the pilot about any abnormal situations in the flight for targeted reasoning.

· Service guarantee: check and replenish engine oil, hydraulic oil, tire air pressure, and add water and sewage to the fuselage.

· In-depth maintenance: If it is the designated post-flying period, routine system testing or troubleshooting will also be carried out.

3. Fuel filling

The oil staff will calculate the required fuel for refueling according to the flight task. If the plane has just landed, it needs to cool the wings first, and then add it when the thermal expansion effect is eliminated to obtain a more accurate amount of fuel.

4. Air food supply

The catering company will withdraw the remaining meals of the previous flight according to the system data, and supplement the new flight meals, drinks and crew meals according to the number of passengers, cabin levels and meal standards of the new flight.

Five. Overnight and storage

If it is the last flight of the day (after the flight):

· Stay: If there is a strong wind forecast, the plane needs to be fixed to the ground with ropes.

· Antifreeze: In cold weather, the exterior of the aircraft needs to be sprayed with anti-ice liquid to prevent key parts from freezing.

· Sealing: After the aircraft is stable, the aircraft will place the wheel block and install various protective covers (such as airspeed pipe sleeves and engine intake duct covers) to prevent foreign objects from entering.

6. Document handover

After all the work is completed, the flight and crew will sign the flight record book to confirm the airworthiness of the aircraft. The dispatch department plans the next flight mission for the aircraft according to the condition and weather conditions of the aircraft.
