Boeing 737 series aircraft is a kind of short-range twin-engine jet aircraft produced by Boeing Company of the United States. Since its development, it has been sold for a long time and has become one of the most successful narrow-body passenger aircraft series in civil aviation history. Fourteen models have been developed.

Boeing 737 is mainly aimed at the needs of short and medium-haul routes, which is characterized by reliability, simplicity, and high operation and maintenance cost economy, but it is not suitable for long-haul flights [2]. According to the project start-up time and technical advancement, it is divided into traditional 737, improved 737, new generation 737 and 737 MAX, among which Boeing 737MAX8 was grounded by many countries after the Ethiopian air crash. The Original members of the first generation are 737-100 and 737-200. The second generation members of Classic are Boeing 737-300, 737-400 and 737-500, and the third generation members are Boeing 737-600, 737-700, 737-800 and 737-900. The fourth generation MAX members are Boeing 737 MAX7, 737 MAX8, 737 MAX9 and 737 MAX10. 737 MAX, Airbus A320neo and MS-21 are called the most advanced single-aisle trunk passenger aircraft.

On January 5, 2024, the door of a Boeing 737 MAX 9 passenger plane of Alaska Airlines in the United States fell off during the flight, causing the plane to land. The US Federal Aviation Administration subsequently ordered the grounding and inspection of 171 Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft worldwide. On January 12, local time, according to CNN, the Federal Aviation Administration announced that it would review the production line and suppliers of Boeing 737 MAX 9 passenger aircraft, and would focus on product quality control [3]. On February 6th, the preliminary investigation report released by national transportation safety board, USA, showed that when the Boeing 737 MAX 9 passenger plane with the Mense (embedded emergency door) falling off in early January left the factory, the bolts that played a key role in fixing the Mense were not installed [4].
